About Nepal

Nepal is a small but beautiful country. It is betwwen two big countries India and China. Total area of Nepal is 1,47,181 Sq. km. The population of our country is about 24 millions.

Nepal is known in the world as the land of Mt. Everest and Lord Gautam Buddha. Nepal is an agricultural country. More than 90% people  are farmers. people of different castes live in Nepal. Most of the people are Hindus. Some are Buddhists, some Christians and physically, Nepal can be divided into three parts; Himalayas, mountain and the Terai. Major portion of land has occupied by hilly  region.

The climate is cold in the north; moderate in the hills and hot in the Terai. People cultivate  different types of crops  according to the region and season. The main crops of Nepal are paddy, maize, wheat, oil-seed, jute, pulses, sugar cane, beans, potatoes etc.

Nepal is rich in natural beauty like snow capped mountains, beautiful lakes, wild animals, green forests, rivers, valley, ancient temples, historical places etc. So, many tourists from other countries visit Nepal. Tourism has been a source of earning foreigen currency. It is rich in wather resources too. If we utilize our water resources, It will be a major economic source of Nepal.

Nepal is a developing country. Nepal is on the path of development. Many parts of Nepal luck roads, electricity, telecommunication etc. Nepal has been divided into five   development regions to develop all the parts of Nepal equally. I hope Nepal  will be a  developed  country in a few years to come. For this we should all join our hands to develop our country.unfortunately, there is on peace in our country Nepal at the moment. we are fighting to each other in our the land of Lord Gautam Buddha. We must bring peace by resolving the problem. No development work is possible unless there is peace.

Ganesh Man Singh is Publicly acclaimed as all acceptable leader of democracy. It is a singn of respect that all the Nepalese show towards call him him that they supreme leader. He was bron to a well-to-do family on November 09, 1915 in Itumbahal, Kathmandu as the son of Gyan Man Singh and Sanunani Shrestha Singh. His father died when he was six. Time is the most important factor for the progress of human beings. Time is running continuously. Time once gone is gone forever. It never comes back. Time gives equal opportunity to all. It doesn't say the poor or rich, young or old, healthy or sick etc. It is equally important to all. Time and tide wait for no man. Time is precious. We can buy everything with our money  but time can't be bought. Time can be divided into present, past and future. Past is past. It has already gone. We should learn from the past experience. Present is important for us. If we utilize the present time properly, our future automatically becomes bright. So, we should not waste our present time.
